Cleaning up after construction work is not an easy task. This requires care and attention to detail to ensure all traces of dust and debris are removed. Depending on the size of the area, this cleaning may take several days. However, the end result is worth it as it provides you with a clean and comfortable environment.
We work without removing construction waste.

Each apartment is individual in terms of parameters, square footage, clutter and grooming. Don’t be surprised if cleaning takes longer or less time. On average, a clean takes between 3 to 5 hours and is carried out by one cleaner. If you’d like it done quicker, we can bring in an extra team member — just let us know in advance.

We accept orders for a minimum of 3 hours.

Cleaning Rates
The first 2 hours of cleaning are charged at a reduced rate — £21 per hour. After that, each additional hour is billed at the standard rate of £22.50–£25.00 per hour, depending on what we’ve agreed before the job begins.
