The first 2 hours of cleaning are charged at a special rate — £15 per hour. After that, all additional hours are billed at the standard rate — £20–21 per hour, depending on what we’ve agreed before the job starts.

We operate Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 19:00, but we understand that every situation is unique. In exceptional cases, we’re flexible and ready to accommodate tasks at a time and day that’s convenient for you. Whether you need cleaning services during non-standard hours or on holidays, we’re always open to dialogue and will find the optimal solution to meet your needs.
With our service called “Getting to know the house”, we are going to get acquainted with your house.
Our team will estimate your property’s specific needs during a complimentary session. We’ll analyse all the tasks, agree on everything according to our checklist, and set a suitable date and time for cleaning. If regular cleaning is required, we’ll establish a convenient schedule to ensure your property remains in top condition
If an in-person meeting isn't feasible, you can still arrange for cleaning services by emailing us or sending a video review of your property. Simply describe your requirements, including square footage and types of rooms, and we'll provide you with a quote based on the information provided.
The duration of our cleaning services varies depending on factors such as the size of your property, the number of bathrooms, and any additional requirements you may have.
