Our trusted staff guarantees quality cleaning. For standard apartment cleaning, experienced cleaners are sent, take with them all the necessary cleaning products and equipment.

We’re happy to use your own cleaning stuff and gear

If you prefer, or we agree it beforehand, we can happily do the clean using your own products and equipment. It’s a handy option if you’ve got favourites you like to use, or if you’re allergic to certain things.

Basic services

Cleaning the Rooms: This includes vacuuming carpets, washing floors, dusting furniture, lamps, and decorative items, and polishing mirrors and glass surfaces to achieve a sparkling finish.

Kitchen Cleaning: We thoroughly clean kitchen countertops, hobs, sinks, tiles, and splashbacks, as well as wipe cabinet fronts, tables, and chairs, wash the dishwasher, and kitchen furniture. Floors are mopped, and we also wipe down electrical appliances, window sills, and glass surfaces to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.

Bathroom Cleaning: Our team pays special attention to the bathroom; Washing toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs. We also polish mirrors, tiles, and glass surfaces to remove watermarks and soap scum, leaving your bathroom clean and fresh.

Additional Services

For Rooms: Carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning, as well as window cleaning to ensure every surface in your home is spotless.

For Kitchen: Deep cleaning of oven interiors, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cabinets to remove grease and grime buildup.

For Bathroom: Deep cleaning of walls, tiles, and bathroom cabinets to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Other Additional Services: We also offer ironing, laundry services, and bed making and linen changing to help you keep your home in order.

We provide four main types of cleaning:

General cleaning, regular cleaning, cleaning after renovation, end of tenancy cleaning.

Each apartment is individual in terms of parameters, square footage, clutter and grooming. Whilst on average a cleaning session lasts from 2 to 5 hours, there have been cases of it having to go longer.

£15 per hour. We accept orders for a minimum of 2 hours.

That’s the cost for your first clean as a new client. During this visit, we’ll get to know your home, chat about what kind of clean you’re after, and what result you’d like to see.

Future cleans
The price depends on the type of cleaning and how often you’d like it done. We’ll agree on a day and time that suits you best — all sorted ahead of time.

The price depends on the frequency of visits and the type of cleaning:

Weekly Cleaning: £16.50 per hour (0.10%).

Regular cleaning

Our regular cleaning services are designed to help you keep your home clean and fresh week after week. With a detailed checklist of tasks performed weekly, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting and polishing furniture, our team ensures your apartment remains spotless and inviting. Two trained professionals will come to your home and provide efficient and reliable cleaning services, giving you peace of mind and a clean experience.

In Bathrooms:

In Bedrooms:

Bi-weekly Cleaning: £17 per hour (0.14%).

General cleaning

Deep cleaning may take longer as more attention and time needs to be paid to details and stubborn stains. Cleaning is carried out according to the approved list of tasks and wishes of the client. An apartment that has not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time may need to be cleaned in problem areas several times to get rid of stubborn dirt.

Move-in/Move-out Cleaning: £20 – £21 per hour (0.33% – 0.40% ).

Post-Construction/after renovation Cleaning: £22.50 – £25 per hour (0.50% – 0.70% ).

Renovating your home is wonderful, but the renovation leaves behind construction dust, dirt, and debris. Our post renovation cleaning service is specifically designed to solve the problems associated with cleaning after renovations. With the utmost care and effort, we will remove all traces of dust and debris, leaving your space sparkling clean and ready for use. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional results, ensuring every surface sparkles with a crystal clear finish. We do not provide construction waste removal services.

Equipment, tools, detergents

For any type of cleaning, we are ready to come with the necessary tools and equipment, as agreed and assigned tasks (steam generator, construction vacuum cleaner, steam cleaners, scrubber dryers, stepladder, other necessary tools and a large selection of professional chemicals.)

We are not afraid of large areas and take on cleaning jobs of any complexity.

“Getting to Know the House”

Our “Getting to Know the House” service includes a specialist visiting the cleaning site where a detailed discussion of the planned cleaning directly takes place:
- square footage and types of premises,
- detergents,
- regularity of cleaning,
- cleaning details, taking into account all customer requirements.

Once all the details are clarified, the full cost of this service at your facility will be announced.

If a personal meeting is not possible, we ask you to send a photo or video review of the apartment. Emergency trips are practiced where “Getting to Know the House” and cleaning are combined at the same time. In such cases, the time and price are announced immediately upon arrival at the site, based on what was seen and the planned work.
